Negative: The KeyCafe was malfunctioning upon checking in. The property owner was helpful but the fact that it happened was not a good experience.

Positive: Modern and nice and clean. The building was new. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy and the bedding was nice.
Negative: Needs a few small things to be perfect. Hooks jn the bathroom for towels, the bathtub does not work, only the shower head, there are no proper curtains in the living room so it is too bright to sleep, and the kitchen needs a cookie sheet. There is a very broken tile on the deck that needs repair (but this is only cosmetic).
Summary: Convenient and modern place to stay for a few nights. Best for a couple. Great little kitchen for cooking. Nice new buil

Positive: I had a fantastic stay! The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy. The bathroom and the kitchen was very clean. The living room area was also very confortable. The location was ideal in downtown of Montreal but still peaceful and quiet. The host was very responsive. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Positive: I really enjoy my stay at this apartment it is really well located near all amenities, the apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean and super quiet. I definitely recommend staying here and would definitely come back and stay again.

Positive: Location was perfect for me, and you have a metro station really close by. I asked last minute if they could postpone my check out from 1h and they agreed right away.
Negative: No shower gel in the bathroom.

Positive: The unit was very clean. We were on the top floor, which gave some very nice views. There were lots of stores, restaurants, theatres for movies, and grocery stores within walking distance. The building was verysecure. Great to have two bedrooms
Negative: The neighbourhood seemed riddled with many homeless people. Later in the evening, taking walks was not very uncomfortable, particularly with a small child. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The rooms had double beds however, they could’ve easily had larger beds. In the summer, the air conditioning was not easy to use. The main living area became frigid while the bedrooms were warm and uncomfortable.
