THE WESTMOUNT CLASSIC. Superb Westmount condo, with a fireplace and large terrace. On 2 levels.
Historic home. Newly renovated. The best of the old, and yet in perfect condition. Taste, style, luxury, comfort in this Montreal short term condo.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, comfortable sleeper sofa (double), and a large flatscreen TV. Beautiful touches everywhere. The living room has a door, so it can be a fully private bedroom when the sleeper sofa is used.
There is a study area, ready for a laptop - high speed wireless, wifi, access. Again, beautifully decorated.
Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Both face the back, and are completely quiet.
The terrace looks onto back yards. Totally quiet and restful. A wonderful place to relax.
On the second lower level are the dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and state of the art, with a marble counter top. The appliances are stainless steel or black.
The dining room table has space for 6.
The bathroom is large, with the traditional combined bath and shower.
Note that our neighbourhood does not allow overnight parking on the street, we do offer indoor parking space, available on request for an additional fee.
Close to everything: 2 minutes walk to the Atwater metro, 2 minutes drive to downtown (though easier to take the metro). In minutes you are everywhere: Old Montreal, the Plateau, Mountain Street. Also just 12 minutes to Montreal's Trudeau airport.

Summary: Beautiful house, excellent insulation, clean and comfortable with a kitchen that has all you need. Parking garage is in the back, accesible via the house.Location is the safest in town, restaurants and cafes are at walking distance. Easy access from expressway as well. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, the place is incredibly comfortable and had everything that we needed. The house is lovely, and the location is convenient to local shops and transport. We would stay here again.

Summary: This home exceeded all expectations. Our favorite was the beautiful garden kitchen, well-equipped with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The home's decor perfectly blends old and new with comfortable seating and beds, a fireplace, and state-of-the-art television, lighting, and ambiance. The house sits in a friendly neighborhood with access to everything. The IGA and our favorite Les5Saisons provide groceries. We had a good experience at Gentile Cafe (brunch on Sunday) and dinner at Gentile and Le Taverne sur la Square. We bought three-day metro tickets and used Uber to travel to/from the airport. The owners thought of everything. It was a restful respite and a great birthday celebration!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only very clean with comfortable bedding, but it also boasted beautiful, hip decor and interior design. Patrice and Martin were incredibly kind, gentle, and engaged wonderfully with our kids. They offered excellent recommendations for both Montreal and local spots, giving us plenty of great options. Communication was always prompt and helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to live, cook, and relax comfortably. The location was beautiful and situated in a safe neighborhood, with the added benefit option of parking. We were also close to a fantastic playground for kids, and a short walk took us to bakeries, larger parks, running and biking paths, clothing stores, grocery stores, a market, and the water. Overall, our stay was superb and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Summary: From the moment I stepped into the apartment I could tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into creating an inviting space. Cool artwork and period details. Everything was clearly labeled, well organized, and immaculate. Like board games? There are several. Need an umbrella? They have you covered. Looking for a book to read? Check. I liked having the kitchen and bath on the bottom floor so us early risers don't disturb those that want to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet yet only a couple blocks from a Metro station. Marty and Patrice were wonderful hosts. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat.

Summary: Our trip was short -- five days including two for travel -- and was a nice getaway for my family of four (two adults/two teens). Patrice was lovely and greeted us upon arrival as well as stayed in touch throughout our visit to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos -- quaint, well-appointed, comfortable, and in a convenient location. We enjoyed coming back to it after long days of exploring. Something we wished we had discovered earlier was Avenue Greene as my family prefers a quieter, village atmosphere that is city adjacent. This quaint street is very close, just take a left from the apartment and the first right at the light. It has a small collection of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, Italian bakery, cafes, and entrance to the underground Westmount Square complex, which connects to the Atwater Metro Station. For the first few days we headed right towards Rue-St. Catherine, Atwater Avenue, de Maisonneuve Blvd. No complaints as this area has all the above amenities and much more, but it is a bit more hectic with a downtown city atmosphere. Both are nice so it's down to personal preference. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Montreal.
