Positive: The location was perfect in relationship to the job site. Also, the location of the apartment (1st floor, just inside of door) was great. Not far to walk with close parking. Loved having a washer and dryer was a plus and this particular set was great because it can quickly do a load of laundry from start to finish. Having a full kitchen was also a plus because it saved us on going to get breakfrast every morning or just having a snack as opposed to having an actual meal for breakfast.
Negative: It's really not anything major, but I think it's worth the mention. It's definitely not enough to keep us from staying there again but the sofa/futon bed wasn't very comfortable to use as a sofa. It may have been comfortable to sleep on but we didn't use it for that purpose. The living area could use 1 more seat if there are at least 3 or more people staying in the apartment. Also, the cleanliness was lacking just a little. The counters in one of the bathrooms was dirty upon our arrival. Also, if you could have a small vacuum on hand for the carpeted areas just in case there is a need for it. Additional towels and washcloths would also be nice.
Summary: We were really pleased with the rental. Great accommodations, great location, very reasonable!

Positive: Everything was fabulous! Loved how equipped the apartment was! Everything was so lovely and comfortable. Location of the apartment was a +10 its on the 1st floor that for us was wonderful as we have kids and we were also buying groceries during our stay and had luggage with us as well. It’s right off S. Congress the best location in Austin, It’s accessible to everything and everywhere. Definitely recommend it!
