Custom shower with dual heads, deluxe bedding, and fully stocked kitchen with pass-through bar, to name a few. You will truly feel like a local when you land here. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with parks, beaches, rivers, and major amenities all within reach. We created the space, you create the memories!
2 bed, 1 bath home with semi open floor plan. Sleeps 8 with king bed, 2 full beds, and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa.
Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to accommodate your tastes. Coffee nook with coffee grounds and filters. Bluetooth speaker, soundbar, and integrated smart home solutions (thermostat and keyless entry). Kitchen pass thru window with barstools to work or dine at.
Bathroom has great counter space, storage, and a custom shower with great water pressure and dual shower heads. Bathroom is stocked for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup wipes, blow dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, etc.
Bright sunlight spills thru the windows and black out curtains are equipped in both bedrooms. High speed Internet and streaming channels are available. Games, Puzzles, and books available too!
Outside is a fire pit, a large PRIVATE yard, grill and dining table. The front patio is spacious and includes patio furniture to lounge and unwind.

Summary: We arrived to a clean property that looked as expected. The home was cozy and welcoming and the location was a relaxing quiet neighborhood. Fire pit and grill were great touches. The owner answered my messages quickly. It was nice to be a short 10 minute drive from our charters dock. Having the Meijer’s right across the road was so convenient. Both breweries in town are great stops and if your craving pizza Big Al’s was excellent.

Summary: Booking and communication with owners was super easy. Check in/out was super simple. Great communication. Nice quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Would definitely come back!

Summary: We had 6 members in my group for a 4 day/3 night weekend stay. This home suited us well for our stay. For sleeping arrangements we had two sleeping in the master bedroom, two in the bunk room, one on the pullout in the living room and one on a cot we brought. So as long as your group is okay with close quarters for sleeping this stay will workout just fine for you. Despite rainy weather conditions throughout the weekend thus causing us to have increased indoor activities, the house accommodated us rather well. The house was clean in every aspect with an updated bathroom. Having air conditioning after a long day on the course was a must for my group and this homes Payne A/C system had no issues maintaining a cool temperature through the home. Brandon our host was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions in a timely manner. This stay was exactly what my group (budget conscientious) was looking for. Would recommend this house to anyone with similar wants and needs as my group. Would most definitely return for another stay in the future! Thanks again Brandon!
