These generous, renovated, and upgraded fully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath suites range from 1,073 to 1,210 square feet on the enhanced upper floors and feature one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, and fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances and limestone countertops. A full complement of upscale kitchen accessories opens up to the living space. Living rooms have elegant, upgraded, renovated, and contemporary furniture which includes a sofa, comfortable chair, and a dining area. Three flat-screen TV’s, premium cable with HBO. The bathrooms provide ample space along with luxury towels and linens. Additional amenities include a Bosch washer and dryer, walk-in closet, hardwood floors, daily housekeeping services, and a welcome amenity.

Non-refundable $250 pet fee/ per pet
Valid credit card required upon check-in for incidental charges and USD 250 refundable security deposit upon departure.
Cancellation policy
The guest will be charged 50% of the rental amount if they cancel after booking, and 50% of the rental amount if they cancel within 7 days before arrival. If a guest cancels within 24 hours after booking, there will be no cancellation penalty.

Summary: This was my first time renting through this app. We normally stay in hotels without kitchens and such. I loved that we were so close to everything. Plus, I was totally spoiled by having a washer and dryer in unit. There were a couple of things to get used to. For instance, you need to take out your own trash, make up the beds and basically feel like your not really on vacation on vacation. The other thing I wasn’t prepared for is the lack of basic necessities, like dishwasher detergent, dish soap, salt and pepper. Little things like that. Overall the place was amazing and comfortable all around.

Summary: Loved our stay. Convenient to metro stations and bus connector. There were four of us so we had a little problem with the hot water supply, but we were able to work around that.
