Positive: The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel staff welcomed us with a smile and attended to every question and request. The room was huge, spacious, and very clean. We would be happy to come back.

Positive: Room was spacious and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable Good view from the window Bathroom was well stocked and also spacious TV was a good size for the room
Negative: Without vending machines or a 'convenience' style pantry downstairs, we didn't have snack options once we were in the hotel. We ended up going across the street to another hotel and picking some things up there. It would have been really helpful to have some food offerings that didn't require a meal/purchase from the restaurant.
Summary: It was a great stay in Washington DC. We would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Kind and helpful staff, beds were super comfortable. Location was excellent. Safe and fridge in the room were nice surprises. The hotel offers complimentary bikes so you can explore the immediate area which I thought was fun. Coffee in the room was great.
Negative: The water from the filtered water machines you supply on each floor is only luke warm. A plug next to the mirror would be helpful so you can look on the mirror and dry your hair at the same time.
