Positive: Spacious apartment, comfy beds, very close to beach and shops/restaurants.
Negative: Foxtel reception was a bit sketchy, although they tried to fix it during our stay (unsuccessful). Construction noise could potentially be an issue at this property into 2026 due to the light rail on the road on one side, and apartment blocks on the beach side. During our stay the apartment blocks were being worked on during the day which was a little noisy, especially on the balcony. Double glazing helped minimise it internally though. I do have to say that the staff there are doing all they can to minimise the impact of this, and it’s pretty much all out of their control, but still something worth considering (although many places along the GC Highway will be impacted by the light rail work too).

Positive: The location is great.
Negative: The noise was once again problomatic. Also, the two cranes either side of the balcony and the noise from the works was loud and we couldn't have the doors open!! The road noise and drilling over night was again problomatic!! Understand that this is out of your control and the new doors and windows made a slight difference.
Summary: Staff were lovely and very obliging.

Negative: Unit could have done with a deep clean. Floors were still dirty. Cigarette butts on the balcony. Cupboard and drawer handles were greasy. Room lacked a few essentials e.g. dishwasher and laundry sachets, rubbish bags, soaps and shampoos. Beds just had a top sheet over the mattress which is fine but for the cost, there wasn’t a lot of comfort
Summary: Nice sized unit with a great view. Probably wouldn’t return as it lacked those essentials and comforts you would expect

Positive: Bigger than expected and the view from the 24th floor was amazing! (We just had to look past a big crane) and short walk to Burleigh shop and cafes. Everything was easy to access/find and while nothing was pristine this suited our family perfectly as we could relax.
Negative: The hairdryer in the room didn’t work and the car park had plumbing running down the middle that meant we had to keep hold of the back door of the car whenever we were putting things in/getting them out (tricky when loading /unloading luggage/pram)

Positive: Location was great. Close to the beach and only a 3 minute walk to the main Burleigh shops and national park Having the indoor pool was great with younger kids. I read in other reviews that there had been issues with the noise of construction around the venue, but it was not an issue at all for us while we stayed. I'd book the same place again no problems
Negative: The only thing that would have made it more comfortable would have been proper doonas on the beds instead of just sheets and blankets. I understand its nice weather on the Gold Coast, but it was still quite chilly at night in winter.
Summary: relaxed, convenient and met all our needs
