Positive: Clean and comfortable room with modern finishes. Has everything you need for your stay. Lots of storage. Extra towels for pool. Awesome balcony. Beautiful pool. Close proximity to tourist area of el tunco, 5 min Uber drive.

Negative: Would like after hours check in to be a little smoother. Wish some basic cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum was available. Wish it had an on-site restaurant. Would like extra blankets.

Positive: Brand new, beautifully appointed villas; outdoor private patio with comfortable couch and chairs looking out on gorgeous landscaping. Incredible views of both beaches from the fully furnished social areas (3 floors). Amazing pool overlooking the ocean with swim up seats! Super helpful staff - especially Cami who was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative: Nothing about the actual property but depending on the tides, walking to either beach was could be a bit tricky without solid flip flops because of the rocks you have to walk on; however the walking is very short and the beaches are unbelievably beautiful!! Worth every step!

Summary: Stunning sunsets and beaches! Relaxed and so much fun!

The kitchen is functional and well equipped — perfect for someone looking for calm, relaxation, and privacy. Cami, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay
