Summary: Perfect location for quiet getaway. Cabin was exactly what you would imagine, well stocked and very clean. Access to Camp fire/wood, kayaks and paddle boats with absolutely Gorgeous views especially with the changing leaves. Check in and out was a breeze and Peter gave all information in an email as well as binder full of helpful information in Cabin. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a nice stay, very relaxing, at this property. The hosts, Pete and Cindy Johnson were super accommodating and friendly. They provide a ton of amenities while at their place, including things the renters might have forgotten! I would stay again and would certainly recommend to others.

Summary: We really enjoyed our trip! The property was clean and as advertised. There were a few very minor appliance issues and Pete took care of them right away. The communication was great and we definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Charming lakeside cabin a short drive from Holiday Valley and Ellicottville, NY. Stayed for a weekend with two friends. I wish we could have gotten more people to come on this trip because the house had bedrooms to spare. Loved cooking out on the bbq grill on the deck for dinner. The property had all the amenities we needed. Looking forward to going back in the Summer to enjoy Lime Lake in the warm weather.

Summary: Our stay here was amazing, place is fully stocked with everything you’d need for an amazing stay. My grandparents loved it and so did my wife and I. We spent a really nice family weekend here during the winter. I’m looking forward to plan a stay for the summer as well! The attention to details was top notch and was very well taken care of.
