Summary: Very clean and well equipped. Located close to the River and tons of attractions. We selected this unit because of its proximity to the manatees. We were traveling with our dog and the backyard was a hit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit.

Summary: If you're looking for luxury or pizzaz this is not the place, but if you're simple common folks looking for a place to stay with plenty of yard and parking for a great price, then this is the place. Owner was super nice and accommodating, this house fit our needs very well and next time we go to Crystal River we won't hesitate to book it again.

Summary: Our home was flooded during Hurricane Helene, and we had to find somewhere to stay while it was being remade. The 'Anchorage' was the perfect answer - lots of room for us to invite our family and friends over for meals cooked in the well-stocked kitchen and lots of playing in the large, fenced-in back yard. The house was very clean and it has lots of nautical charm. We almost hated to leave and go back to our own home!

Summary: The owner was amazing and helped us get in before the hurricane. Their place is as advertised and they are very communicative. I can’t thank them enough. I reduced by one star because there was a bit of an insect issue (they are addressing), the place lacked some cooking items that are usually staples at vrbos - cooking spray etc., and we could not get hot water in the master. Also neighborhood got a bit weird at night but that can could have been due to the hurricane. I am sure everything will be addressed and all will be perfect soon.

Summary: The owner is a super nice gentleman who went above and around the moon and stars to accommodate our requests. Check in and out was super easy as we just unlocked the door and walked in. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Looks like a little one may have had a good time touching the glass door and coffee table. Not a problem for any of us but may make a "white glover" frown. All and all, it was a lovely visit with all needs met and exceeded. Thank you! :)
