Are you looking for a relaxing atmosphere for that weekend getaway or monthly winter vacation? Want to enjoy the Florida outdoors in your own private tropical oasis? this comfortable home is a great place to do just that. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and getaway from" life in the fast lane". Outdoor activities are the focus of the area. Hiking, biking, walking, kayaking, tubing, boating, fishing, swimming, its all here. Begin your day sitting on the deck or beside the pool enjoying your morning coffee.
The Pool can be heated for $15 a night, $75 for the week and $125 for the month. The temperature is set at 83 degrees. It could go higher with lots of sun and use of the solar blanket. January we have some pretty cold days so I cannot heat unless a 2 week notice is given to guarantee heat to 83 degrees when you arrive. If the temperature stays below freezing for an extended time the pool cannot be heated. It is an electric heater. The pool cover will need to be rolled out at night and rolled up if swimming during the day.
We are located within the Rio Vista Community of Dunnellon. KP Hole and Rainbow River State Pare are close by. We are located within minutes of restaurants and shopping.
After a day of outside activities come sit poolside with your own outside bar area (BYOB), beverage cooler, TV, deck with a gas grill, and table for 6 for outside dining. Take a night swim in the pool using the beach entry.
There is a community park just a few minutes walk or rent the golf cart and drive it down with our kayaks or canoe to the boat ramp on the Rainbow River.
The house is decorated with a coastal cottage feel from the coffee bar to the picket fence headboard in the master bedroom. The living room furniture is very comfortable with and oversized recliner and U-shaped sectional. The front of the house has a glassed sunroom for added seating for your relaxation.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sun room has a queen futon with its own air conditioner and heater. Master bathrooms has a tub/shower combo and guest bath has walk in shower.
We have xfinity Wi-Fi and smart TV. Netflix and fubo tv provided. We also have games, movies, and books for your entertainment.
Ocala and Crystal River are only 30 minutes away.

Summary: This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property and plan to stay there again next year. It’s a lovely spot with a very romantic pool and patio area. If you are into kayaking, the community launcharea is very handy and easy to get in and out. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Summary: Perfect house for a weekend (or longer) getaway. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The extra amenities including the pool, kayaks, and golf cart are a great touch. Only issue was we didn’t get to stay longer to truly enjoy the house and the area. We will be back!

Summary: The property was great - the yard is exactly as pictured, probably bigger than it looks, and very well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into the amenities to ensure guests have everything they need while there. If you're booking here specifically to go to Rainbow Springs - DO IT!!! The private access is absolutely worth not having to deal with the public entrance at the state park! We brought our boat and the private boat ramp was AMAZING to drop in, tube for a few hours, and then tow us back on the boat. No waking up at dawn hoping it doesn't hit capacity. Had such a great time - will book again in the future.

Summary: Perfect place to recharge with the Lord. The pool backyard was so peaceful, was like having a private resort pool to yourself, n I loved playing basketball everyday. Bummed we left our kayaks at home to take on the river. Make sure you have drain plugs in kayaks or u will sink, we had great communication with Leslie she ordered plugs for them.The private access park was perfect to swim n meet bunch of great people during our stay. House is quaint, neighborhood is so quiet peaceful n everyone so nice. Beds comfy just what was needed for overworking myself at my business. We normally go to kp hole when we visit that area to kayak, but the private access is a great spot to drop them. Will definitely book here again. This is a great gem.
