Affordable and spacious! Hear the ocean waves from this beautiful home. A short stroll to Easton’s/1st Beach and close to 2nd and 3rd beaches, this home, known as the Three Beaches Cottage, is a half mile to the famous Cliff Walk, and a little over a mile to popular Thames Street in Newport.
—> Only weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday) during the months of July and first three weeks of August. Off season is a two night minimum stay.

For your quiet enjoyment, this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, and we do not rent to groups under the age of 28. This home is for quiet enjoyment only, as it’s located in a residential neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance and authorities will be notified.
Three Beaches Cottage is perfect for wedding groups or multiple families. The design of the home allows for privacy & larger gatherings. Please note, the first floor is separate unit. Enjoy the large private, fenced in yard and private pool when you’re not frolicking in one of Newport’s breathtaking beaches. Entertain indoors or out w/large yard. Large outdoor hot shower a plus!
Parking in driveway up to 6 cars (off road/grass parking only).
We rent the house in its entirety and are unable to rent by individual unit.
Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day.

Summary: This space was perfect for a family vacation! We have lots of kids so there was plenty space for all, outside shower and pool were great.

Summary: We visited 3 Beaches Cottage with 3 families for a week long vacation. Nancy was very helpful and responded to all inquiries promptly. She was a wonderful host from start to finish. The home was the perfect set up for our families, with the perfect balance of shared and private spaces. The listing was completely accurage, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool each day, and we were a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. If you are planning a trip to Newport with a large group, I highly recommend Nancy Johnson and 3 Beaches Cottage.

Summary: We are a group of 6 friends, living in 3 different states, celebrating a milestone anniversary of our meeting as college students. We chose Newport as the ideal location to meet up, and Three Beaches Cottage was a great place to stay. Each of us had our own bedroom, and plenty of space in the house to spend time together after a day of exploration around Newport and Middletown. Nancy, our host, was very responsive to questions and made us feel welcome. Thank you!

Summary: Great location - right near beach and about two miles from Thames. We were a large group - made up of multiple couples and a young family. Having three separate apartments made the space very comfortable for the group. We appreciated that the top floor had a large kitchen/dining/living space that could act as a common space for everyone. The host was very responsive and available to assist when we were short on sheets for the extra trundle bed. I would recommend guests to bring extra blankets/towels with them if planning to stay more than a night or two. Guests do not have access to any extra linens - everything is locked in storage. We were unable to use the pool, since it was before the season started, but it looked clean and well maintained!
