Completely remodeled 3 bedroom condo. Kitchen completely redone Spring of 2021
Sleeping accommodations: king bed in master, queen in guest bedroom, bunk bed in 3rd bedroom with double on bottom, twin on top
Washer/dryer in unit (very desirable), cable TV with smart TV in living room, master bedroom and bunk bedroom.
Wi-fi in unit.
Fully equipped kitchen: Coffee pot, toaster, microwave.
Linens and towels provided. Unit has beach towels & a hairdryer.
Dockage is available for $200/week or $250/week during holiday weeks. Please let us know if you will need a boat slip and we will add that to your fees. You will need to show proof of $300,000 in property liability insurance on your boat prior to arrival. Trailer storage and boat ramp are on site .
