Summary: Property was just OK, not as advertised. 3rd bedroom is in the basement, which smelled strongly of mold so we couldn't use it. Toilet wouldn't flush so we had to take the top off and manually do it. There were ants all over the kitchen. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes. Living room air conditioning unit worked well, but bedrooms gets very warm at night. It's disappointing the owner can't make the investment in linens at $4000 a week, we had to spend $300 on arrival so we could sleep there. We left them hoping the next guest might benefit from them. Beach was a 1.5 mile walk and tiny. Not as advertised at all. We left a day early as we were very disappointed.

Summary: I was surprised the large bedroom was in the basement probably my fault for not reading the listing more accurately. Owner response time was awesome. Overall a successful family vacation. Bonus the teens loved the board games!!!!!
