Positive: Beds are comfortable, plenty of room for the 5 of us, liked the open set up. Cute little place. Is it perfect? No, but overall, it worked for us and would book again if needing a place.
Negative: Floors were so dirty my granddaughter's feet were black in minutes. Sofa is not comfortable. Needs to be exterminated for spiders and some other unknown bug that was everywhere! My credit card was charged a higher amount than what the total(with fees and taxes) said it was going to be when I booked the rental.

Negative: A boarded-up broken window doesn’t leave the best impression, but hopefully that will get taken care of soon.

Positive: it was close to the caverns venue for a concert. stayed one night.
Negative: it was in a transitional neighborhood. Outside was not completely finished with the rehab of the property. Needs more curb appeal. Inside looked like the pictures in the post but the outside porch needs to be painted and it needs to be weeded and it needs a handrail for the steps.
