3 Bedroom Apartment in Ocean Park, San Juan

Located on the second floor of a house in the quiet Santa Teresita neighborhood of Ocean Park in San Juan, a short walk to the Ocean Park beach, Barbosa Park, a supermarket and excellent restaurants. And now we have installed an excellent, quiet Electric Solar Power Back up system. If the power should go out, lights, fans and fridge will stay on! Also, to encourage a safe, longer stay, we are offering a very generous monthly discount. Extend your stay! The apartment has three bedrooms, all with a/c, ceiling fans and closets and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bath. The common area is very spacious with a large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The living and dining room is an open space well suited for the entire group to gather and/or relax, and now, this area has a new mini-split A/C unit to cool things off after a hot day in the sun. The living room has a large tv with cable and wi-fi internet. Off the living room is a large deck with table, chairs and a bbq grill. This is an excellent place for relaxing in late afternoons and enjoying evening meals.

Summary: Our stay was nice and comfy. We enjoyed the location and access to where we needed to go. We would of liked to extend our stay but days were limited. We appreciate the communication with the host. Anyone would enjoy this location

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! A 10-20 minute drive to local sights and restaurants and a short walk to small grocery. The chickens, frogs, lizards and cats kept us entertained! John was quick to respond. We appreciate that he let us check out late so we didn't have to spend too much time at the airport. The apartment was nice but could use a thorough cleaning.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance of a nice beach and a variety of bars and stores. Not too far from old San Juan either which we really enjoyed as well. Made our experience very good overall and we plan to be back at some point.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Being near the beach was fantastic! There is even a grocery store near by that carried the goodies like the bread we love from the Island. The host John was really attentive and responded quickly if we had a question. Lots of fun and great memories!

Summary: The gost was super nice and easy going. The house was really nice, very short walk to the beach. It had all we needed including beach chairs and extra towels for beach days. Only thing i would say is that nature can get a little loud very early in the morning, so i would suggest bringing earplugs.

Summary: A quaint home in a gated community, we felt very safe. We walked almost everywhere, the beach was a 5 min walk from the property. Only downside was there was only one couch, the pictures showed two. The patio was awesome, definetly our favorite place to hang out when we weren’t exploring.

Summary: This apartment was conveniently located in a gated residential area near grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was cozy and comfortable with an outdoor patio and spacious living/dining areas. It was an ideal place for relaxing and spending leisure time. John, the host, was friendly, accommodating, and gave good information about local restaurants and events. We had a very good time.

Summary: This is a great house all upstairs, with patio also up. It's nice and bright inside with the windows. We have younger kids, but there's space if teenagers. Two dining areas counting the patio, plus living and kitchen. Walk 5 min. to grocery store and beach. John is a great host. He can recommend restaurants and sight seeing. He also has a notebook at the house with local recommendations. We enjoyed eating in the neighborhood. It's a gated community with nice neighbors. In 15 minutes you can drive to Old San Juan or back to the airport.
