Nestled in Springville, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 twin over twin bed(recomended for children), and 1 twin over full bed. This home features 3 full bathrooms. Guests can relax and unwind in this tranquil retreat offering a fenced yard and screened in porch with a t.v and patio
furniture. The living room includes a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping space and plenty of seating for large groups. Enjoy the wonderful amenities such as a 2-car garage, covered carport for your boat or off-road vehicle, plenty of parking in the rear of home and the front, firepit with seating (firewood included), fenced yard, gas (propane) grill (tank provided), stone fireplace, and a great location for boat launching, fishing, and water sports. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, plenty of utensils/pots/pans/plates/cups, coffee pot, electric can opener and air fryer included. Full size washer and dryer, central heat/air, and gas fireplace are some additional features. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan for some extra added comfort. Bedding and towels are provided along with some laundry detergent so you can wash and refresh your linens for extended stays. Play a game of checkers on the back porch while watching the sunrise or sunset or grab a friend and play a game of electronic darts in the garage area.
