Negative: It is listed with “free” parking but we had to pay for parking each day.
Summary: Overall our stay was great. Our coffee pot stopped working and I messaged the owner and they were there within 5 minutes

Positive: The property was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. A free bus ran along the main street, which made it especially easy for our large group to get to the nearby shopping mall for errands and shopping.
Negative: We stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days. Although someone came to clean the apartment after the third day, I need to tidy up myself daily. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t have a cleaning mop—only a broom. This became an issue when it rained, as water would seep in through the main door, leaving the living room in a mess. And since it rained every afternoon during our stay, this happened frequently. Additionally, the washer and dryer were never available. There was only one shared washer and one dryer for ten apartments, and I often found other people that were not on the same building using them. Finally

Positive: Apartment is spacious. Wifi and airco are perfect. Place has three bathrooms. Small walk to the beach. You can reach all parts of Miami easy by Uber. Parking turned out not to be free but host mentioned this in time and even compensated parking costs (because the add mentioned it to be free). Parking tip: park on beach park at 75th street and use the app. Parking is $1 an hour between 8-23, you can do max $10 at one time but when using the app you can recharge without going to your car.
Negative: Minor points of attention: Place has no own terrace, you can use public space in front of the apt which has a few benches and is shared by the 8 apts. Parking when using the app is $15 per day.
Summary: Great Value for money in spacious comfortable apartment right at North Beach.

Positive: Room for our family group of 5 adults and 5 children for the night. Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host was very responsive and quick. We were very grateful to be able to check in early!
Negative: Water pressure in showers was low. Keurig did not work and leaked water out of it. Could have used more shelving in the bathrooms and one of the bedroom doors would stick.
