Summary: Lovely well equipped cottage in beautiful surroundings. The wi-fi doesn’t work a lot of the time but in fairness this is mentioned in the booking details. Great for animal lovers - we were visited by a friendly dog who wanted to play ball, saw a heron and ducklings and lots of rabbits. Small enclosed garden with plenty of seating was great for the children. Would definitely like to visit again. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Very clean, comfortable, spacious with lovely views across fields and well equipped with everything you would use at home. Also a delicious homemade cake and pint of milk was very appreciated on arrival.

Summary: Excellent holiday cottage. Immaculately clean - not a speck of dust - and we’ll equipped, as well as in a lovely setting overlooking the Norfolk countryside. Karen was a great host. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious and a welcome arrival present, and we enjoyed watching the horses and playing ball with Missy the Dog when she was around. The cottage is excellently located to explore the coast and Broads as well as Suffolk. The beds upstairs are comfortable but the mattresses are firm - for those that need a soft bed, the double downstairs is softer. Karen provided us with a travel cot and it came with a proper mattress too, unlike so many places where it’s just the terrible board bases. She also popped the stair gate on for us without needing to ask and provided a highchair. It’s ideal for a quiet break away, no disturbance overnight as you’re well away from the main road - great for a family. We will absolutely be returning. It was brilliant.

Summary: What gorgeous cottage! Beautiful location, spotlessly clean and the owners very thoughtfully left a very tasty chocolate cake for us. Lots to do nearby for children. Our only regret is that we only had three days here. We’ll be booking again!
