Positive: The property is close to major attractions in a great location. The property is as described. The rooms are decently sized and there is a large area for gathering.
Negative: The property is as described. I would suggest replacing the bed pillows, as the seemed worned.The washer and dryer was a little difficult to understand how to work. I would suggest providing some instructions. I would also suggest supplying dye free toilet paper. These are small things that do not takeaway from the overall property. I would recommend.

Negative: The area is very central On the Siene river , next to the Norte Dame cathedral and about 15 min to the museum on foot.

Positive: Location was great, the apartment was clean and warm. It was secure too.
Negative: A few minor details that can be easily fixed. Bedroom and bathroom doors creaked loudly and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The apartment although quite well located does not offer a view which needs to be considered if a view is what you’re after which was not a concern of mine.

Positive: It was quite spacious, the lady who cleans and sets up was SO nice and accommodating when there was a mix up with which apartment we were supposed to be in. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We’ve already recommended it for other family to stay when they visit Paris.
Negative: No complaints at all! I would like to note the pin that booking has for the location is the wrong street and our drop off tried to take us to 18 Dauphine and our airport pick up went to 18 Dauphine so we had to let them know to come a few streets up.
Summary: Wonderful choice for a stay in Paris!

Positive: It was extremely clean! The apartment is in a unique old French building giving the apartment a lot of character and charm. The door to the apartment is shiny red wood large and curved - just to give an idea of it’s unique character. All of the amenities were in good working order. The location was central to a lot of main attractions.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like.
