Negative: It was not a clean as desired. The space was small, and no room for 2 large suitcases, but as we were out sightseeing was not an issue in the end. The location was great, but actual apartment was near the rubbish bin location for nearby shops, and a bit smelly when entering the premises. bed and pillows were great. the dormer window didn't open and blind also not open, so no view to the sky that I was looking forward to. We stayed in Feb-winter-spring so heating good, no issue, but I har hot in summer.

Summary: Fantastic location, small space, near rubbish bin storage but I would stay again as location great!

Positive: Location was incredible!! Middle of the sixth. Two metro lines and 6+ bus lines within two blocks. Ten minute walk to Odeon or Pantheon, or walk 15 minutes to The Louvre or Notre Dame. Restaurants, restaurants, restaurants!! King size bed. Walk in shower. Grocery store 1/2 block away.

Negative: Small, but live able. Clothing storage a bit of a challenge.

Summary: Location, Location, Location. It is Paris!
