Summary: The pics don't do the place justice! The property is lovely and has had some serious love shown to it. We enjoyed the yard, grill and fire pit area daily. The location is convenient for walks to the town and short drive to many small villages and many beaches along the coastline. We made use of the beach chairs and towels available as often as possible. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was a very relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms and showers were very nicely done and user friendly. The owners were very easy to talk to and great at recommending local food options. We would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend to anyone!

Summary: We stayed in this lovely home along with our dog, everything is well thought out and lovely touches by the host. Excellent towels, toiletries and all the items such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid were well stocked. . The dog loved the safe garden, and it was easy to walk to everything in Manchester. Thank you for our stay!

Summary: The house is so lovely. All newly renovated and beautifully appointed including high-end beach towels and beach chairs! Backyard is spacious and pretty. Kitchen is well equipped with a great stove though we mostly used the gas grill in the yard. We brought our bikes and had a very short ride into town but also rode in the other direction to Magnolia and Gloucester—so beautiful. The beach is also a short ride away. The only caution I would offer is that the street is busy so you hear traffic a lot. There are many ACs but we kept windows open—our preference—so we did hear traffic. Other than that it was wonderful!! The hosts are also responsive and considerate.

Summary: One pleasant surprise was the large and lovely fenced yard. Our two labs loved it for ball playing. We enjoyed sitting in the yard both under the trees and around the fire pit. House too was lovely and laid out well. Towels were of high quality. Our son made lattes with fresh ground beans in the latte maker provided. We found all the supplies we needed, even coffee beans. . Owner Randy was super in responding to questions, concerns. Enjoyed the neighborhood walking to various beaches.

Summary: This was our second stay at this well appointed house. Our son lives nearby and the rest of our family (which sometimes includes a dog) can settle in comfortably. There was wine and cheese in the fridge, and snacks on the counter! I'm sure we will return.

Summary: This house was the perfect for us, the bride's parents. We had a quiet place to rest and were able to store our daughter's dress, etc. The house also gave her and the her attendants a place to dress and giggle before the ceremony.

Summary: This place is cozy, cute, EXCELLENT hot tub! Keep in mind that it's a bit of a step from the beach, but absolutely walkable and it's a stunning beach, so it's worth it. Really enjoyed the last week of 2021 here!

Summary: The home is excellently appointed and the owner was very sweet to have fresh flowers, some snacks, Prosecco and cheese. All of which was much appreciated since we arrived so late in the evening and missed the grocery.We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay and prepare or heat up meals. Linens and towels were great quality even though there were no dish towels available. We truly enjoyed being able to travel up and down 127 and 128 to get everywhere we wanted to visit on our trip. It was wonderful! Thank you Shannon for such a great stay!

Summary: Great location as you’re on the main thoroughfare and a nice walk to town. Lovely and large backyard with clean hot tub. Host was over the top with ease of entry and the thoughtful snack and Prosecco offerings. Very clean and updated with comfortable bedding.
