Summary: This stay was amazing! Perfect location to take the train to Salem and great hikes in the area. The home was immaculately clean and cozy. It was perfect for our group of 4 to home base for our long weekend. The town is adorable and our host was great at communicating! 10/10 would stay again!

Summary: Plenty of room for the three of us (could easily have 4). LR and kitchen are roomy, bathroom is compact, bedrooms are good. Master bed was a little soft but not too bad. Lots of TV options (we had an issue finding a channel we wanted but the owner came down and fixed it). We didn't do any cooking but there appeared to be plenty of stuff available to do so. Owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. It's walking distance to some food and stores. Some of the instructions could stand to be updated a bit but that's a nit. I would certainly recommend this place and would consider using it again if we're in that area in the future.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay in Manchester-by-the-Sea. The property is conveniently located walkable to town and a bit longer walk to the beach. Short drives will also get you to nearby beaches and other points of interest. The property has relaxing spaces for sitting as a group inside and out and everything was clean and welcoming. We appreciated the thoughtful touches welcoming us to Manchester-by-the-Sea and responsiveness of the owners. Thank you!

Summary: Everything was clean and seemed new. Did not realize it was a basement apartment, but with the dehumidifier and air conditioning on all the time the air smelled fine.
