Fully modern kitchen opens to the living and dining area perfect for entertaining inside or step out onto the over sized enclosed lanai with additional seating, bamboo table w/ 6 chairs plus a sofa sleeper. This home has WiFi, Blue-Ray player, Satellite, 65" Flat-screen TV and surround sound. Kitchen w/Island is fully equipped with everything you will need including some small appliances, dishes, glassware, bake-ware, utensils, etc. Master bedroom features a private walk out lanai to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, tray ceiling, king size bed with a very comfortable newer mattress, 43" flat-screen TV and 2 walk-in closets. Large master bath has a walk-in glass door shower and double sink vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with New Termper Pedic mattress. 3rd Bedroom has a queen size bed with New temper pedic like mattress. Both bedrooms can be a private suite by closing the pocket door with a full bath in between in the hallway. You also can enjoy quiet time, morning or evening, on the front patio w/wicker furniture and BBQ grill. Other features: laminate flooring, carpeting in 2 bedrooms, whole house water softener, reverse osmosis drinking water, laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 car garage w/ screen enclosure, newly painted driveway and garage and fresh custom paint throughout the house. Summary: Wonderful place to stay. It met all our expectations and more. We love to sit in the Lani, where my spouse also setup his computer to work. The property manager was super, responding to our needs for guest passes. The only thing- we didn't expect to be charged extra for our guests that stayed six nights. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Summary: Karen could not have been more friendly and accommodating! My only hope is to be able to rent there again next year! I rated everything at a five star and would have given it a six if that was available!

Summary: The house was perfect and just as described. It's in a perfect location to quickly get anywhere. We had a few minor problems but Karen the property manager was quick to take care of everything. My husband was so glad to be able to relax with dish network tv at the end of the day. My only suggestion would be to have a golf cart included with the property. We were able to rent one but it would of been so much more convenient if it was already included. We loved the property and will definitely stay again. Thanks Karen for making our stay so great!
