Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental as our short term home while looking for our permanent home. It was a lovely home and very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and having dinner most nights on the patio. It was also great having access to a golf cart to ride to Spanish Springs for live music and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Perfect place. Northern part of the villages. Newer neighborhood. Convenient 2 minute drive to shopping center (grocery, shops, several restaurants, pharmacy). Only about 1.5 blocks walk to pool. Place was clean, uncluttered, neutrally decorated. Everything you need is here, including a well stocked kitchen. We had a peaceful & relaxing time. Enjoyed the backyard & birdcage back patio. When we wanted more activity we had fun driving the cart and exploring the villages. Would definitely stay here again! We had the most wonderful time!

I enjoyed the screened lanai very much as the padded swivel rockers and ottoman were so comfortable. We rented due to my son’s internship 10 miles away so it was the perfect safe location. We could not have been happier with this choice as our rental.
