Summary: We loved the location, the open floor plan, and the yard, it was perfect for us and our dog. I think the write up has a typo, the photos are accurate, there is one queen bed per room. There is a separate front door, making this more of a duplex than a single family, and the resident there has dogs.

Summary: The property was very spacious, in a very nice residential community. Very accessible to Royals Spring Training facilities.Property disappointments:* listing was not clear that there was an adjoining unit whish was occupied with barking dog. Crowded drive parking* could not use the dining table for meals as chairs seats were in poor shape. Seat cushions about to break thru.* damaged sofa table as apparent dog gnawed/ chewed legs. Also baseboard entry wall.* no bedroom side table lamps* patio had items strewn about.* no tv in bedrooms.
