Summary: I have stayed at this property for many years and have never had problems. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. The location is near the City of Toledo but on the western side that is also close to many Toledo Metroparks in more rural areas. The property owner is communicative, helpful, and has always ensured that the stay is pleasant. There is no greater endorsement than having rented this property repeatedly for many years.

Summary: We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable.

Summary: My friend and I stayed here two years ago and loved the roomy environment, amenities, neighborhood, and friendliness extended by Chad (the owner/property manager). We wanted a quiet, "do-nothing" vacation—other than reading, sleeping, and binge-watching our favorite shows on a big-screen TV using my Amazon Firestick. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, paper supplies were at hand, and the kitchen had good pans (often in bad shape in other VRBOs). The roomy walk-in shower was easy to access, and there was WIFI + plenty of table space to set up my computer. As before, we loved every aspect of our stay! We've already reserved a nine-night stay for next year.(Can't wait!)

Summary: This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and the owner left us some food and water to get us started off - which was very nice! The only down side is that there are no bedrooms with twin beds, so that makes it difficult if you have 3 kids - either 2 share a bed or once gets a couch! Other than that, though, it was as described and very clean and nice.
