Family room to relax in over looking open concept kitchen. kitchen has separate eating area with sliding doors to outside heated pool area. kitchen is fully equipped with all upgrade appliances, including fridge,stove,dishwasher,microwave,coffee pot,toaster,lot of dish,pots and pans and utensils. family room has tv with full cable package. eating area has sliding doors that bring you to our private pool area with it own tv and eating area. floor plan with 2 private bedrooms. laundry room includes washer and dryer.

Summary: The owner Richie went above and beyond, came over showed us how to operate everything,was extremely helpful! Beds were sooo comfy, everything was clean, pool was clean and in great shape. Bbq on premises, a great house, you can park your car in garage and have your own garage opener to use. Furnishing were beautiful. Hope to come back again.

Summary: This was a great sit to stay. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and backyard were great. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. He answered any questions we had. I would stay here again. It was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at this home. Quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed, close to stores and restaurants. The home is well kept and pool was fantastic! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and he was very welcoming. We asked if we could check in early and we were able which was a super huge bonus. More tv channels than we could know what to do with (but my husband loved it). Thank you very much for making this trip an easy one and so long as you allow, we will stay again and again at this house.

Summary: This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool providing sun and shade areas and a well kept yard. The entire house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The home owner was kind enough to stop by our first day there to familiarize us with the tv’s and be able to access any movie or program we could possibly want to watch. We had a wonderful time visiting with family, an afternoon atClearwater beach and local attractions. We hope to stay at this house again.

Summary: Spring Hill was good central hub for our family week in Florida. Older decor but very clean home. Heated pool was great and used each day. New bbq. Most amenities provided. Comfortable beds.
