I live in the house majority of the time and only rent out my house when I am traveling so please check the availability first before you book.
You will be in a large townhouse with 3-1/2 full bedrooms , 3 full bathrooms in downtown, steps away from Yuppie area of Yaletown, Hipster neighborhood of Gastown and quiet Coal Harbour.
In terms of living space. The house has 3 full bedrooms with a queen size bed that can sleep 2 each.
Next to the master's bedroom is a den that is setup with a full sized day bed that can sleep 2 kids or comfortably 1 adult.
The living room has a sofa bed that pulls out into a queen bed that can sleep 2.
All in all about 10 people can sleep here.

Summary: Our family of four adults enjoyed this condo very much! We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay and it was the perfect place to lay our heads at the end of each day of adventure in exploring beautiful Vancouver!

Summary: The property was very nice, decently priced, and reasonably located, despite two tiny bedrooms where even deep breathing was difficult!! What soured the experience for us all were the string of bizzare instructions. It made one wonder if we were heading to a Mafia hideout or the HO of Chinese Intelligence! At the very least it is obviously of doubtful legality. Besides the 30 page instruction manual, we were given instructions like "Don't talk to the concierge", "Don't talk to the neighbours. They won't talk to you anyway", "Don't take a taxi from in front of the house". Best of all, we were instructed not to come to the house but wait at a nearby coffee shop, and even given an incorrect address for the place.
