Positive: Beautiful property that’s in the center of the city. Very convenient. Walking distance to to a fun night market with fun shopping and snack foods. Lots of cute breakfast places around too. Alex the host was super communicative and easy to work with. Even delivered extra linen at 10pm at night when I asked about the location of extra sheets. Washer Dryer dish washer microwave, everything you need for a comfortable trip with friends or family.
Negative: All good.

Positive: - Host took great effort to meet their guests upon arrival to explain the check-in and in-apartment facilities. - Apartment was really clean and well-equipped with 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer, and water filtration system in the kitchen. - Ample trash bags were provided for us to take out of our trash and keep the house nice smelling and clean :D - 2 of the bathrooms were equipped with bidet. - Lots of breakfast options around the area. - 6-8minutes' walk to the nearest Xinyi Anhe subway station. - TVs were subscribed to multiple streaming platforms; Good for killing time after dinner and when waiting for all travelling parties to get prepared to head out
Negative: - Perhaps more pillows could be provided as the ones provided were quite flat (not so great for side sleepers) - Be mindful that there are just a couple of steps leading up to the building's lift
Summary: My family had a great stay and will definitely return again if we come to Taipei

Positive: clean apartment, super convenient facilities, wonderful location and the host's thoughtful arrangement of everything!
Negative: There is a step outside the bathroom -- it would be wonderful if there's a sign (in yellow for example) reminding people to 'mind the step' or something. It would be great if table lamps are provided.

Positive: The flat is well designed with latest features, and it is all to suit travellers need, Alex ( the owner) very friendly and helpful, beds are very comfortable and the location of this flat is super, you have street night market within, and all different restaurants , massage places, supermarkets all on your doorstep. Very comfortable place to stay for family especially.
Negative: The flat is on 2nd floor, the noise from the street is unavoidable.

Positive: The location was perfect, close to many eateries and the MRT station a couple blocks away. I would stay here again. It’s great for big parties as it sleeps 6 adults with 3 bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which we used often.
Negative: No complaints at all!
Summary: The place was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with as he speaks English.

Positive: Host was very hospitable and attentive. Saw my eldest trying to connect his Nintendo switch to the TV to no avail and offered to source for an adaptor/cable for him to do so. And he did! Dropping by the next day to drop it off to the delight of the eldest. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 8 with 2 elders, 3 young children. It was a very comfortable stay and Alex's apartment was very well equipped. Toiletries, cleaning agents, high chairs, lift to the apartment, smart TVs in all the rooms, it kept the kids and elders entertained during our stay. Apartment was very clean and conveniently located. Thanks Alex for the hospitality!
