Positive: The location was quite convenient though quite a busy road at times during the day. Short distances to the beach, airport and shops which was great. It’s a cosy granny flat located at the back of the main house.
Negative: We were quite surprised by the lack of cleanliness of the place. Perhaps being a popular choice, there’s little downtime for thorough cleaning. On the surface & from afar, everything seemed relatively tidy & had its own spot in the home. However, when we began using the property upon arrival, we found a lot of dust in the home, such as windows, under the bed (which isn’t great if you have young children sleeping in cots & close to the floor) & around the house; stains in cups in the toilet cabinet and a little run down in terms of its walls, doors & laundry equipment - nevertheless still functional. The property was located right at the back of the main house with a supposedly private walkway/gate, however we were confused and surprised to find other people using this same ‘private walkway’ several times during our stay & wasn’t informed by the host in advance.
Summary: A cosy and functional property situated in a convenient location.

Positive: The location was close to shops, the house was too clean inside. A very good spacious house for a group of young people
Negative: The shower area was not perfect, water would escape and you have to clear/clean it from the floor after showering
