Be our guest in our family condo! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make this a lovely retreat for families and small groups. Kitchen is stocked with the necessities for all of your vacation cooking. The condo building and entire premises is well kept and offers many amenities for you to enjoy.
Located in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is one of the many hidden gems on the beaches of South Walton. This recently complex is located near the primary beach access for the complex and just steps away from rest that Beachside Villas has to offer. There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October. The complex also boasts tennis and shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that is able to be reserved for group functions. Saturday to Saturday rental.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the location of the condo, the cleanliness, and there was great communication from the property manager. To anyone interested in staying here, just know that the beach directly in front of the condo is private, so you will have to take the trolley or walk to the public beach area. We learned to text the provided number because our calls would go straight to voicemail. If we had one negative to say, it would be that the noise from the above condo is very loud. You can hear every foot step.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year spending Spring Break at Beachside Villas. It is in an excellent location to be close enough to enjoy all the great restaurants and shopping in the area, but far enough away from the big crowds that you can enjoy a walk on the beach or a bike ride. This unit was great, we could see the ocean from the balcony while relaxing in the rocking chairs. The owner has beach chairs and beach toys for kids of all ages which was a nice plus! For the cost, this location and this rental unit are well worth it. The only negative to share is sometimes you can hear the neighbors upstairs if they are heavy footed. The property management team was also excellent. We had an issue with the clothes washer and they sent a repairman out within 30 minutes and after a quick replacement of the door latch sensor we were able to continue with our plans. They also reached out to us on the trip down to let us know the unit was ready early. Great customer service!

Summary: This property is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the beach in the 30A area. Unit 1-2 minute walk to the beach and is very convenient after a long day. We loved how close it was to some of our favorite restaurants on 30A. The property management had our unit ready to check in by 12:30 PM. They even offered us another night. All in all, the unit was great and the management was exceptional.
