Important: The beach directly in front of our beach house is a public access beach. You will NOT be denied use of that stretch of beach!
A friend named our "little piece of Heaven" after a relaxing vacation at our Beachfront Townhome, and we couldn't agree more. The sense of peace and relaxation that is just a natural part of the area highlights the feeling of being truly on vacation. Stroll along the white sand beach, let the warm Gulf water tickle your toes and breathe easy. You may see dolphins frolicking just off shore, or pelicans and gulls swooping overhead. Relax on deck in the evening and watch a gorgeous sunset. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. This is why you came to the beach!
You can enjoy all this is our comfortable, well appointed beach townhome. The living/dining area is nicely furnished, featuring a cozy setting complete with HD TV for your entertainment. The kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, everything! Or go out to try one of the many, many great restaurants located in the towns along 30A; any cuisine you like, or want to try, is out there. You'll find everything from fine dining to casual fare to sidewalk Airstream food trucks - and it's all good! All sorts of activities are available in this area: biking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, exploring nature trails, golf, shopping, sightseeing. You can be as busy, or lazy, as you like. Then after your choice of an active or relaxed day, sleep soundly dreaming of tomorrow. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps six; two full and one half bath. There are HD TVs in each bedroom. There is a large deck off the living room and a balcony off the master bedroom. A carport below the house features a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for use by this unit only. In the laundry room you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Just bring your beach towels. So start packing!!

Summary: We were maybe 50 yards to the beach, and a short bike ride to restaurants/bars/shops/etc. The property is a bit dated, but we hardly stayed inside and were either on the beach or out and about all day. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved our stay. Everything is as advertised. Its got a lovely view of the ocean and a great porch for sitting and enjoying the view. This was not a big problem for us, but a word of caution, you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to condo, and then you have to walk up another flight of stairs to get to bedroom. But its only because your parking space is below you. There is no one above or beneath you. It was a well kept quiet area. Your beach access is the Seagrove public beach. We enjoyed it. It was a decent size crowd at the beach, but not overly crowded for us. Also we saw some reviews talking about it being warm. The a/c worked great and as long as you keep closet doors and balcony doors shut, it will be as cold as you want it. And the beds were extremely comfortable. All the previous reviews on everything else were accurate. So all in all we had a wonderful stay for our family of four with a 10 and 12 year old.

Summary: Last time we came to Seagrove was 9 years ago, enjoyed our stay. Our family had a 1 year old, loved the blackout curtains in second bedroom. Location is extremely close to the beach. Dune restoration in progress so we had to use the entrance on the right. Loved opening the doors to the sound and smell of the ocean each morning.

Summary: We had a great time at the beach! The view was beautiful! Just a short walk across a small road to the beach access. The decor was a little dated and the beds weren’t the best, but overall we had a great stay & would book here again!!

Summary: This was a wonderful location with a beautiful view. We felt lucky to find such a nice place so close to beach access, and we got to bring our dog too! We had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable.
