Upon entering this comfy 1350 square foot home, you are immediately greeted with an open floor plan overlooking the living, dining and kitchen area. Off to your left is your living space with cozy seating, 40-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. This is the ultimate package for relaxing afternoons or Sunday football games. The kitchen area has been recently updated and offers ample space to prepare home cooked meals. A breakfast bar is also presented in the kitchen that allows for extra seating and a perfect spot for morning coffee. Your kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the amenities you could need while on vacation. The simplistic dining area seats four and features a dry bar for your use.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and showcases a full attached bath and large dresser. Both guest rooms also offer a queen size bed and share the guest bathroom. The best part of this house is when you step foot out to the backyard. The pool and patio area are great for outdoor entertainment. With two seating areas under the screened in lanai, you are bound to have plenty of seating for entertainment and fun. You also have a private fenced yard with grass area featuring a tiki bar and umbrella. Other additional features this home offers are wi-fi, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, carport, for you to use.

Summary: This was the 2nd time in 3yrs staying at this house. It is extremely convenient to Nokomis Beach (my favorite) short drive North to Siesta Key, South to Venice(Sharkeys). Anything you need stores, restaurants are all right there. Having the pool to come back to after a day at this beach was so relaxing. My only compliant is they have camp chairs for the beach which I personally don't like. We bought a few beach chairs when we were there 3yrs ago, luckily 2 were still there. Will definitely return again. Neighborhood is great for walking/biking/running.

Summary: The best location for all our favorite restaurants and beaches was the highlight for us in this rental.The only negative was no dishwasher, and everyone took turns doing dishes.

Summary: This home was perfect. It had everything a traveler could want-- tons of towels, sheets, and blankets, a fully stocked kitchen (including coffee!), washer and dryer, and enclosed pool. The neighborhood is so quiet it felt like I was at home and not in a rental. Plenty of comfy furniture to hang out with family or friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, would 100% rent it again.

Summary: This little house was absolutely PERFECT! My bed was comfy, it provided everything I needed for my 4 day stay, it was convenient to the highway, stores, and restaurants but tucked just far out of the way to be a quiet little hideaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with practically anything one would need from dish soap, dishes, glasses, spices, to chip clips, coffee filters and even coffee! Plenty of clean towels, sheets and blankets, and while I didn't even get to use it I absolutely LOVED having the pool right out the back French doors! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! If I could give this place TEN STARS I would! Loved it. <3

Summary: Our 2nd time back. Great location. As we are boaters, the house is perfect as it is minutes away from the Nokomis boat ramp. House has everything we need. The outdoor pool and lanai are very welcoming.
