Located just 10 minutes away from Nokomis beach at Casey Key, and 5 minutes to the Oscar Scherer State Park. You have easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and services like banks and grocery stores.
The home has two bethrooms that can sleep a total of 5 people with one full bathroom. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, garage with space for one car, lanai area, large pool with its own slide and Jacuzzi. The pool has an electric heat pump.
Beautiful Mediterranean home with a private caged pool. Tile floors throughout. You are minutes away from Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and the world renowned Siesta Key Beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, parks, golf, library and hospital, all within a few minutes driving distance.
The Home: Whether you stay one week or all season in our Nokomis home, your visit will be comfortable, relaxing and memorable! The floor plan provides multiple views and easy access to the caged pool & Lanai through French doors. The pool lanai area is fully furnished with tables, and lounging chairs. Both bedrooms offer closets. The spacious Living room is equipped with comfortable seating and flat screen TV . WI-FI is available throughout the house. The kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast bar complete with stools.
Washer and Dryer available for your convenience.
Boating enthusiasts will be happy to know that there is a marina located within a few miles of the home where boaters can launch into Florida's Intracoastal Waterway where boaters are usually greeted by dolphin and other types of marine life. Nokomis is located just minutes away from two cities: to the South is Venice, and to the North is Sarasota.
In Venice, you can enjoy the quaint, quiet 'Old Florida' feel of downtown Venice with it's palm tree lined streets and charming shops and restaurants. The 'Island' of Venice may be small in size but it has all of the amenities of larger cities including a hospital, an art center, an award winning community theater and weekly concerts in one of its many parks. And, of course, there is plenty of golf.
To the north, beautiful cosmopolitan Sarasota is renowned for its world class beaches and endless shopping and cultural opportunities. Gourmet restaurants abound along with the internationally acclaimed Ringling Museums and Van Wezel performing arts theatre.

Summary: We had a great time. Property was as described and we really enjoyed to pool with the slide and the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great communication. Great location close to shark tooth hunting beaches and restaurants!

Summary: The house was beautiful! The pool was amazing! And Jorge was fantastic! There was a problem with the AC around 9pm but as soon as I notified Jorge he had someone there right away to take care of it. He really is a great host! He made our stay wonderful. I’ll definitely be booking his house again for the next Florida trip!

Summary: We had stayed during the tropical storm that turned into Hurricane Debbie that hit the Big Bend, but it did not spoil our vacation at all. We were bunkered in and played games with the kids while we rode out the storm for two and a half days, even though that amazing pool outside was taunting them. The property was nice and clean, a very open space. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. After the storm broke, we didn't spend much more time inside, and the location was perfect, close to Nokomis Beach and Casey Key, and about 25 min from Sarasota and Siesta Beach. We also traveled 30 min south to visit Manasota and Caspersan Beach. The Osprey Walmart and Publix are less than 5 minutes down the road, which was perfect. We took the kids to and arcade called Livingston's Amusements, which was 15 minutes away in Sarasota, and they had a blast there when the weather wasn't cooperating and when the weather was cooperating, the kids loved the pool every morning and evening when we came back to the house, and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub every evening. The neighborhood is very quiant and quiet, which was perfect for us. Jorge was very kind and accommodating, and was in communication with us throughout our stay as the dryer was being repaired. Check-in and check-out procedures were clear and concise. We will definitely stay again if our family comes back to visit.😊

Summary: Location was close to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. Property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and patio area was relaxing the kids really enjoyed it, beds are comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and blankets. Jorage is an awesome host very helpful and quick to respond with any concerns, Extremely accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our family were guests this past week at Jorge’s home. It was in a wonderful location near lots of beach’s just minutes away. The pool and hot tub were so nice to add to our relaxing family vacation with our daughter. Jorge was a great host who was very accommodating to our needs. Answering us with any questions or concerns we may have had. The beds we’re comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Jorge was even great with checking in via text to make sure we had a great stay! We 100% recommend this home to future guests who are planning a beach vacation.
