Looking for an escape? Take a 3-hour tour and plan to "get lost" in the heart of Homosassa Springs! This unique location has frontage on the Homosassa River and on a canal. 4000+ sq ft, of ground-level home with a heated pool, docking for multiple boats, trailer parking...and it's all in the heart of the crystal clear springs, on the Homosassa River. This sprawling home has just gone through renovation and has been stocked with all new furnishings and fun toys!

Thanks for considering being our guests. Part of our joy in being stewards of this fun property is sharing it with others. To ensure that we may continue to do so, I’ll offer a few thoughts on our expectations. Before booking, please be sure you’re in absolute agreement with what follows. I don’t want your deposit – only peace. We like our neighbors and they like us, and I have zero patience for anyone upsetting that balance. These policies exist to ensure that we can share this house with good folks like you for as long as we’d like. Please make sure your guests know the expectations, too. Fun is absolutely encouraged - abuse of our neighbors and/or the property is not allowed.
1. Please limit gatherings to our thoughtful occupancy limits. If you’re looking for a place to party, look elsewhere. This property is NOT AN EVENT SPACE.
2. This is a smoke-free property. No smoking inside or outside.
3. Wrap up your outdoor noise by 10pm. Make sure it happens. Outdoors, after 10PM, no loud music, no obnoxious shouting, no drunk-laughing, and no fireworks.
4. We provide a heated pool, 4 kayaks and 2 paddleboards, a dock, a fire pit and a lovely house. Please care for them like they’re your own. We understand things get worn when used, but please don’t abuse.

While you're outside, take the kayaks or paddle boards to explore the river and Homosassa Springs – the crystal clear water will give you a great view of the marine life below. Feeling fat? Watching manatees from our dock works wonders for your self-image. You'll also see fishes, rays, otters and crabs. Or take a dip in the screened-in, heated pool. Cook for the entire crew with the propane grill and big Blackstone griddle outside. Enjoy your coffee on the back patio. Cruise to the Gulf - no bridges to clear. And there are lots of fun waterfront restaurants for boating destinations.
Spread out inside--there's enough space to make memories playing ping-pong or foosball. Relax in with a view in the river-level living room. Prepare a meal in the bright kitchen and eat together in the large dining room. Later, everyone can retreat to their own private bunk.
Enjoy this home base for scalloping, birding, fishing, or to swim with the manatees! While you won't be shipwrecked on a deserted isle, we hope you'll enjoy time away from your regular day-to-day.

Summary: Very comfortable and spacious for larger groups or families. The view and location are excellent. We enjoyed kayaking to the spring which is right around the corner and enjoying local restaurants by boat. Justin was very helpful and easy to contact and the house was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The house and property were very clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 and lots of great space. The host was super easy to get in touch with and very helpful throughout the entire process. We brought our boat for scalloping and kept it at the dock behind the house. Worked out great. Highly recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future.

Summary: The house was clean , and check in and out was an easy. The home owner was very helpful with questions . The kayaks and paddle boards were so nice to explore we seen Dolphins and manatees . The only complaints we had about the house it’s a little outdate, only 2 showers was a challenge with a large family, but we made it work , over all we had a great stay .

Summary: Beautiful property for a mini vacay. Fun stuff for all ages. Very enjoyable and tranquil to go kayaking on the river. We saw manatees in the spring, which was the highlight for me, especially this time of year when there are a lot less in the area. Amazing experience to watch them swimming next to our kayaks. Good communication and contact with the property owner.

Summary: Beautiful property with tons of room for our entire family to spread out and be comfortable!! Absolutely amazing location, activities for the kids were great….. ping pong, foosball, heated pool with so many pool toys & floats, kayaks & stand up paddle boards for the older kids and adults!!! We loved kitchen spices and cooking supplies We didn’t have to buy salt & pepper OR aluminum foil LOL, funny but hugh plus!!! Justin was very easy to get a hold of and knowledgeable of the area, answered all my questions! Highly recommend this property!!!

Summary: This was our second stay, we love this house! The location on the river is perfect, the home is so spacious and always clean. Everyone has their own space and room to spread out. We enjoyed watching the manatees swimming right by the dock! The host is extremely friendly and responsive, we will definitely be staying again soon.
