Summary: My family enjoyed our stay. It was nice , clean and had most of what we needed. My son enjoyed that there were a few poles to fish from the dock. Had the pleasure of seeing an otter one morning. 100% would book again.

Summary: This house looks like it was the “after” of an HGTV house flip show. It was very clean, looked brand new and every detail was thought out for what a renter would need. We were a family of four and had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor space, dock and kayaks. The hot tub was great and super easy to use. They even have snacks, waters and cups. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Summary: Nicely sorted vacation rental. Very clean and welcoming. There's a few things I would change, like the kitchen door stop we stubbed our toes on every morning, but overall we enjoyed the house.

Summary: Our family had a great time. My wife loved the decor, the boat slip was perfect for our little 19' boat, and the kids all loved taking a little dip in the hot tub. Hosts were very responsive, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. We also enjoyed being a bit further from the Crystal River area where our friends stayed, because it really did have a much more quaint feeling where this home is located.

Summary: Little bit away from restaurants etc so needed to drive but the property was lovely and very well presented. We’ve been going to Florida for a number of years and this was one of the best presented houses we have stayed in.

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay in Homosassa. The house was very clean inside and worked pretty well for us during our 10 day stay. The beds are soft but comfortable. Plenty of towels and there is a washer/dryer which we did use a few times. We absolutely love the area as there is such an abundance of wildlife to see. We kayaked several times during our stay and saw several manatees one day as well as bad eagles daily. Overall, a good experience.

Summary: Loved staying in this little bungalow of a house! Loved all of the decorations and the details. I felt very much at home. We appreciated all of the small gestures the host left us like a thank you note, coffee, water bottles, chapstick, hand sanitizer, life jackets, coffee creamer, and so much more! I would highly recommend staying here.
