Positive: Nice old house. Lots of character in the house but for someone with mobility issues (none in our group had an issue!) the stairs could be a problem. All systems worked great! A/C on all levels of the house were good (3rd and 4th levels used window/portable units but kept the rooms very comfortable). Plenty of hot water for 6 people. Wifi was good. Kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood was fine....lots of college students out walking in the mornings & evenings...never felt unsafe. Parking spot for the house was great!! We were in one vehicle and didn't have to park on the street. House had enough room for everyone in our party to get together in one spot and still have their own room to sleep in. Very close to the zoo and just a few minutes to the Newport Aquarium. We'd use this property again when we return to Cincinnati.
Negative: Had an issue with the digital door lock one day; batteries died and could not lock the door. Manager advised to lock the doorknob and someone would come change the batteries during the day while we were out. Got back that evening and digital lock still didn't work and doorknob was still locked and we didn't have a key. Took a while to get up with the manager at 8:00 pm. Not a big deal but a bit inconvenient.
Summary: Cool old house and nicely updated. Would stay again.

Positive: I loved the space and location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Smart TVs were nice. We didn't rent the attic or basement and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. We seriously had enough room for up to 3 more adults with one bedroom having 2 queen beds. The kids loved bunk beds. Pre-teen on the top bunk and 2 littles on the full size bottom bunk. Off the street parking was great. We loved the half bath on the main floor and the full size bathroom on the second floor had plenty of fluffy towels. The water gets HOT! The hosts were very nice.
Negative: It would be nice to have some outdoor seating near the driveway. There are 2 chairs and a small table on the front porch but not enough for a family. One of the smart TVs was busted and didn't work in one bedroom. The upstairs shower had run out of body in the dispenser but not a big deal when we brought our own.

Negative: I didn’t like that I confirmed I booked the 3rd floor and basement when I booked. When I arrived they tried to say I did not book those places. They let me use them but it was a bit irritating.
