Negative: could do with better cleaning. too many cob webs but not a deal breaker...property can do with airconditioning in the bedrooms...they became far too warm.

Positive: Painters Field was an ideal choice for our 15 day stay. It was extremely well equipped - especially the kitchen. Having a washing machine was very helpful. There are 2 pubs close by - The Keepers Arms is the nearest and does excellent food. There's a shop/post office/cafe where you can buy a good selection of goods.
Negative: The lounge sofas were rather uncomfortable and very low, making them difficult to get our old bones up! 😳
Summary: Painters Field is well situated to explore the surrounding villages and towns of the Cotswolds.

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was good to be able to make use of the small patio even though it was October. The village is within easy reach of Lechlade, Bibury and Cirencester, while the property is in a quiet location not far from the centre of the village.
Negative: There were no significant downsides.
