Summary: Overall good experience. However, cleaning crew was our alarm clock every morning with their yelling at each other from different rooms that they were cleaning, starting at about 8am. And on our last day there, a crew started removing all the furniture from a room two doors down. They started removing the carpeting after that. Very loud and annoying because they started all that noise just after 8am.

Summary: The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and casinos. The hot tub and pool were nice after a day of hiking. We had a late night noise issue with an upstairs neighbor and the staff was very accommodating and let us switch rooms.

Summary: Good time always at Lake Tahoe! Location is great as you can walk to most anything, places to eat, lake, casinos and much more. We have stayed at Three Peeks many times and always enjoy it.

Summary: Walls and ceiling are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Frustrated front desk wouldn’t allow an hour later check out than 11 in the off season on a Monday. I checked in at 3 and checked out at 10. Less than 24 hours yet wouldn’t allow another hour. Poor customer service and I won’t stay here again.

Summary: Pool/hot tub very nice; good location and beach access; comfortable bed; friendly staff. Decor a bit outdated; room smaller than expected especially given no luggage stand in room; parking very tight.

Summary: If you have pets its fine. I did not but was put in a pet room you could tell had animals in it before. There was a smell and i thought i detected fleas. I wouldn't call it a nice place but it was comfortable enough and a good location.
