The apartment is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED (bedrooms and living room) and refurbished, in the ANTIGONE district, created by Ricardo BOFILL in Montpellier.
You are 10 MIN walk from the Place de la Comédie and the journey is easy and risk-free: pedestrian area or tram which is at the foot of the apartment and which serves the station and the center.
Surface of 68m2, 3rd and last floor (without elevator), very bright and not overlooked, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a convertible sofa in the living room (possibility of folding bed).

Summary: Awesome 6 night stay. Hosts made the check in really easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Ideal to explore Montpellier. Trams are a couple of minutes walk away as are lots of cafes and bars.

Summary: The apartment is bright, airy, even has A/C with everything in good order. No elevator but the three floors are a breeze. Tight parking space underground, best suited to smaller cars. Safe building and area perfectly located 4 minutes from the pedestrian zone that spans from the river to the old town, great walking. There is les Halles Jacques Coeur with good merchants and the convenient blue line 1 tram station Leon Blum across the street. Shops are closed Sunday after 1pm and Monday is often their day off. The host Alain is on top of things, friendly and responsive, it can't get much better.

Summary: Very well located and equipped apartment in a car-reachable area close to the historic centre. The only negative aspect is that it is on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Summary: I would definitely rent this property again, communication was amazing and the owner met us and showed us the way, once on arrival the apartment was very clean all fresh towels, it's in perfect location for tram lines and bus stops, 10min walk to the old town, the owner couldn't of been more helpful explaining everything, we had a great week here !!

Summary: The flat is spacious, full of light and very comfortably furnished. The Antigone is a beautiful location and the flat is also close to the river with its walk and cycle paths. The historic centre is walking distance and so is the train station. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. The tram stops close by. You can reach everything easily, even without a car. The flat is ideally located for everything that you would want to do on holiday: beach, shopping, sight-seeing. I can definitely recommend it and I hope that we will come back for another stay soon.

Summary: We stayed in this apartment for almost 4 weeks with our 4 children and found it very comfortable and clean and well maintained. We never needed to contact the owner at all, although he was available. (In fact, he came and did our check out 5 hours after his son was born!) Lots of linens and towels were provided. There is a washing machine and a dring rack. The kitchen is also so well equipped that we didn't have to worry about anything. It also has a good size fridge and freezer. Lots of windows, so very bright, but also has roll blinds for pitch black darkness at bedtime! The location was perfect for us - we did not have a car, but it wasn't needed as the tram is a minute away, and the shopping centre/grocery store is 10 minutes away, as is Place de Comedie. There were two very close playgrounds that we found for the kids. There is also an Italian restaurant right next door (Tiberio) which has fantastic food and a very friendly owner who loves children! I would highly recommend this apartment if you are going to vist Montpellier!
