This Funky Fish House, former Model Home, professionally decorated, turn key, for your best vacation ever.
One of SW Florida's best and most unique waterfront communities.
The versatile, three level design, the Key Largo, features 3 bedrooms and bathrooms - one on each level. This is perfect for three sets of couples because the ceiling height is very large, gives you the feeling of having an entire level of the home to yourself.
The first floor is a luxurous king size bed including Nautica premium sheets, with a private bathroom with stone tile shower and separate tub, smart TV with Roku, large spacious closet with bath towels and 2 beach towels.
Second floor features a living room, bedroom and balcony. The bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom with bath towels, smart TV with Roku, DVD player and surround sound, closet, and 2 beach towels. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. The entertainment space flows onto a spacious deck that overlooks the Marina at Cape Harbor including an outdoor grill by Firemagic. Inside kitchen includes; Whirlpool stainless steal refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Keurig coffee and latte machine, Bereville toaster, Farberware cooking and baking utensils, variety of spices. Pfaltzgraff silverware, Granitestone pots and pans. The openness of the main living area makes entertaining an effortless treat.
The top floor is a king bed in the master suite with smart TV with Roku, adjoining office with printer, laundry room and private deck and grand master bathroom with bath towels. Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, Dyson vacuum.
Two garage spaces, (however we feel it only has room for one due to the space needed to unload and load) a premium elevator to all levels (we use the elevator for luggage and groceries) and dockage for a boat, up to 55' - add to the fun and convenience of vacationing at a Marina. If you plan on bringing your boat, please find alternate arrangements at the marina onsite to store your trailer. If you plan on connecting to power and water on dock there is an extra charge. We only have one slip available and please make sure before you book it is still available for your use.
Three zone AC and Heat system. The home does not have cable, but we offer you use of our Netflix and Hulu accounts!
Community: Cape Harbor. Access to two community pools, one is heated, with bathrooms, tennis courts, and fitness center which is located at the Club House. Please keep off the boardwalk and other residents dock as they are private and it would be considered trespassing.
All within walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and all the community amenities Cape Harbour has to offer. On Tuesday nights the Main Street area at Cape Harbour hosts a party like gathering with live music.
Restaurants: Rumrunners, Fathoms, Marina Club, The French Press, Oyster House, Venture Out.
Also there is Boat Storage, Boat Rentals, Boat Tours and a full service marina.

The HOA has installed a new card entry system that is now active at the Clubhouse, Pool, Pedestrian Gate to the Tennis/pickleball Courts and the Courts gates.

Pedestrian Gate to Courts - 7:30am – 10pm

Summary: The house was amazing, beautifully decorated and up to date. We enjoyed great views of the marina through the wall-to-wall sliding doors on the middle level. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. The top suite was the best with large shower and on-suite office. The middle-level patio has a nice grill and outside refrigerator. The nearby marina restaurants were great and has live music most evenings. The location is great as it is on the marina and also quite close to various Southwest Florida attractions. So there was plenty to do. We will come back and stay here in the future.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home on the water. Great decor and amenities with a lot of attention to detail. We liked that each room has its own floor as it gave us privacy while still being together. The home is perfectly located with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Short car ride to get into the downtown area of Cape Coral for a fabulous Farmer’s Market and more restaurants. We all agreed that we would rent this home again if the opportunity should arise.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the FunkyFishHouse! Kitchen was stocked with all essentials required for making a meal, which we did several. The Elevator was such a blessing since we had one member that was recovering from foot surgery. The area was full of shopping and restaurants. Very clean and multiple views of the surrounding scenery. We will be back.

Summary: Our family had the pleasure of saying at this home for a week, and can honestly say it was a top 3 of all of our VRBO stays. The pictures perfectly showed all aspects of the house. But, what really sets this home apart is that there are so many high end touches and furnishings available. The home had everything... all utensils, spices, soaps, cleaners, grilling equipment, bicycles, furniture, towels, beach accessories, lighting, etc. It was an amazing home and delighted at being able to stay here!
