Summary: We had to be in the area for some family business. It was me, my daughter, and her four children ages 9, 6, 2, and 6 months. The place was immaculate and very nicely appointed. The only reason I dropped it to four stars were the stairs. Climbing up two flights of stairs with a toddler or a baby in his seat was a little exhausting. That's really the only problem I had with the place. It doesn't help that I carry some extra weight and have some knee issues. I suspect if I was there more often, I would get in better shape. Anyway, my two year old granddaughter had great fun climbing up and down the stairs, making her Pop chase her. The other thing is that the place is not small child friendly. Lots of little tchotchkes laying around. I'm not faulting the place, I just thought potential guests should know. After putting stuff up/away, it was much better. My 9 year old grandson absolutely loved the video game. We practically had to peel him off of it when we had to leave or it was bedtime. We all loved the rooftop deck. We could hear planes landing at Dulles but they weren't obnoxious. Inside the apartment, we barely heard them. The kids got a big kick out of watching them fly over the rooftop deck. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Summary: The property worked well for us. It's located in Chantilly, a suburb 22 miles from DC and just 2 blocks from a Wegman's Grocery Store and restaurants. The condo is located on floors 3 and 4. Entrance is easy but there are stairs to climb. Parking was convenient. The condo, which has a TV in every room, had sufficient linens and towels but could use additional dishware and silverware (plastic dishes and silverware are available instead). The photo of the 3rd bedroom on the vrbo site did not show a bed so I contacted the owner and inquired twice. I never did get an answer. He indicated that he would send me an updated photo, but I never received it. Also, information about check-in was sent pretty much at the last minute.

Summary: This property is beautiful! It’s very clean and offers great Wi-Fi and TVs is all rooms. It’s decorated with high end finishes. There is a shopping center with grocery store and restaurants across the street. Marsel was the best! Highly recommend this rental!

Summary: Condo is located in great spot for food, access to traveling. Plenty of room for family of 15 people. New condo that is upscale & had everything we needed from electronics to living needs. We believe owner is just starting rental as a few supplies were needed. Roof top deck was larger than we expected and enjoyed activities there and the night. Owner was responsive when need for small items for us to get settled We were very happy with this rental and we use rentals at least 3 times a year. We would definitely go back to this condo. Easy in and out not a lot of demands from owner.

Summary: I stayed here for a month and cannot recommend it enough for both short and long term stays. I don't even know how to properly convey how awesome this condo is. But I'll try :). The condo - it's basically brand new and I'm pretty sure I was staying in a design showroom instead of a rental. It is absolutely gorgeous with so many beautiful details. The furnishings are extremely comfortable (the giant sectional sofa in particular is the greatest thing I have ever lounged on. The entire family can lie down to watch a movie together. it's so fun). The pantry was even stocked with all kinds of ingredients and snacks. And there is a Pac-Man machine. Kid (and let's be honest, adult) heaven. In addition to the balcony, there is an entire rooftop deck. It feels unbelievably private up there, and though you are close to the airport so planes fly over, it was actually really cool seeing the planes so close. Once again, my kids thought this was so cool. AND there is a full gym in the garage. Peloton, weights and tons of space. And with all that space, also plenty of room to store stuff in the garage if needed. I brought bikes, and a bike trailer and kept in there. The condo is 2 flights of stairs up. So you come in the garage and have your private staircase up to the actual unit. This would be the only downside if stairs are a problem for you. But because you have the garage and the front foyer, I didn't find it ever an issue because I could unload into there if I had a lot of stuff and then bring things up as needed. The neighborhood - First, the condo backs up to the woods with a 1 mile trail running behind it. When you look out the windows or sit on the balcony, it feels like such a private retreat. It is extremely quiet. There is also a nice playground in the little townhouse community. And then just across the main road are tons of restaurants and a Wegmans. The restaurants are also all really good. All family friendly but all really good. It's seriously just across the street, so we never used the car, even for getting groceries. There also are lots of really cool trails 10-15 min away. It's a great location. Parking - there is a reserved spot right behind the garage as well as lots of visitor spots. So easy. The hosts - Marcel and Denielle are amazing. They were extremely responsive and just really personable and lovely. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. 5 million stars!
