Summary: Lovely apartment, well located. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Perfect location for tour the area. Close to St Austell and amenities. Charlestown is very picturesque with good eating places.

Summary: We found the apartment very clean and tidy and well equipped. It is ideal base for touring the local coastal villages etc. There is a bus stop right outside which serves all the places in St Austall bay. We had an issue with the boiler which was efficiently sorted out by the representative. All in all a good place to stay

Summary: It was a lovely apartment, and easy to get everywhere we needed whilst in Cornwall. The apartment was warm and it was very helpful to have some dishwashing equipment and the pint of milk . My only criticism was with the Wi-fi signal which was not good even for basic requirements.
