Positive: Convenient Location and the daytime receptionist, complimentary bottles of water, antique furniture.

Negative: Unclean elevator, no refrigerator, small rooms. The night manager was either confused or he was prejudiced against us for informing us that the hotel was sold out when we asked about extending our stay. after checking out of the hotel and picking up the luggage that they held for us, we learned from the day receptionist that the hotel was in fact, not sold out at all. Quite disappointing!

Positive: If I could give the location more than the rating I did I would, we stayed her in the Christmas run in and it was utterly perfct, handy to Central Park, Broadway Theatres and Rockerfeller.

Negative: The room was a warm at night and our Air Con didn't seem to work. That is my only criticism of the hotel.

Negative: Room was so cold the first evening. Staff did provide a space heater. Unfortunately two days the water was cold. Just hate to spend time solving that. So we just took cold showers.

Positive: Great location. Quiet and peaceful facility despite being in the center of NYC. Attentive staff, especially the reception desk staff. Clean.

Negative: Limited food service and restaurant options in the facility. However numerous restaurants located near the hotel.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay and would stay at 3 West Club again.
