Summary: We had an amazing experience, we booked a suite for a family of three and it was spacious. The location is perfect, right by Lexington, a short walk to Central Park, Rockerfeller Centre, Central Park, Times Square and shopping on Fifth Avenue. The rooms have air con and the staff are great. The kitchenette was so useful, with the coffee machine, fridge and microwave.

Summary: Friendly staff, clean comfotable room, great location close to bus and subway, excellent bagel and coffee shops within a couple blocks. Only complaint was clogged shower that didn't drain fast enough. There was 2-3 inches of water in the tub after a 5 minute shower.

Summary: Perfect place to stay in NYC! We were able to walk to so many iconic places and just a short subway ride to other locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It was a great space for a family of 5 to rest and relax after seeing the sights! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
