My fully furnished home is located 1.5 miles from the Circuit of the Americas Race Formula 1 Race Track, this 3 bed room /2 bath tastefully decorated home offers convenient access to popular venues; Circuit of the Americas, ABIA, Travis County Expo, Lake Travis, and downtown Austin. It is is within walking distance to the Circuit of the Americas Race Track.
Guests will have complete privacy but we will be available if there are any questions.
There is a new large convenience store 2 blocks away from the house. The convenience store has a delicatessen that serves up breakfast. lunch, and dinner menu. The store also has a meat market, fresh fruit and vegetables, other food items, and various beverages.
Our home is located half a mile from 130 Toll Rd which gives quick access to South Austin, Central Austin, North Austin, Round Rock, the Highland Lakes, and Georgetown.

Summary: We stayed two weeks while visiting family. The home was nice and spacious. Loved being able to use the grill. Quiet neighborhood. The home owners were very accessible and responded quickly to any questioms we had. We definitely would recommend this place to others visiting the area!

Summary: The house was as described and very close to the track. It made commuting back and forth very easy, even allowing us to walk when we wanted, it’s a little over a mile to the ride share drop off area. If you are looking for something close to COTA check this place out. Also driving into Austin was very easy.

Summary: Home worked out well for us at COTA. You should bring earplugs for the 3 dogs next door that bark all night and be prepared to handle 76-78 degree AC temps. Owner was not responsive to our request to turn down the temp a little since thermostat was locked. Coming from Oregon we are not used to a home kept that hot.
