The spacious Penthouse is in one of the island's most sought-after areas where you can tour, shop, dine, and more, and when you get tired, head to your private rooftop pool deck, kick back, and watch the sun setting over the horizon with an aperitif in hand.
The space:
The penthouse La Perla Sky is all about sweeping views and convenience! You'll be able to do various activities, ranging from tennis and gym sessions to relaxing massages and private boat tours from the Marina. Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable.
The penthouse features a modern kitchen that includes all appliances needed.
There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio.
Each of the three bedrooms is highly comfortable and offers panoramic views. The bedrooms have air-conditioners and ceiling fans and the beds are king-size. Two of the bedrooms come with a TV, the third bedroom does not have a TV. Moreover, two bedrooms come with En-suite bathrooms, the third bathroom is apart and considerably smaller.
