The first time I went to Anchor House, I was snapped up by the ocean and the sky. This exceptional property enjoys a breathtaking Caribbean Sea view, open outlook, from the sea at your feet extending through every shade of turquoise and true blue to the far horizon.
I fell immediately in love with this property. Bathing in the saltwater mirror pool, facing the ocean, was the icing on the cake. I was ready to go in 5mn walk to Maho where many gourmet restaurants offer great menus. I also found luxury boutiques, art galleries, bars and casino, hairdresser, drugstore, supermarket, as well as a fabulous spa, an 18-hole golf course and a choice of nearby beaches. Finally, I stopped to the well known Sunset Grill & Bar to savor a cocktail”.
Anchor House is situated in the residential area of Beacon Hill, quiet oasis of luxury and elegance on the shore of the Caribbean Sea.
As many press articles describe it the residence designed as an extension of the natural environment is built directly on the rock to become an integral part of the cliff.
The clean architectural line of this apartment combines timeless elegance and avant-garde style. Generously open to the outside, the east-west orientation ensures to appreciate natural light with excellent exposure and unforgettable sunsets.
This modern apartment, designed, furnished and decorated with artworks by international artists and designers famous offers a living area of 3200 sq Ft, 3 king-sized bedrooms with bathroom “en-suite” and dressing. Each room has an area of 270 sq Ft all with bathroom “en-suite”, the master bedroom offers a drop down ceiling TV, a large dining-living room with open modern kitchen, 3 private underground parking spaces are served by lift. The high ceilings of 10 Ft with built-in light and the flush-to-wall doors add an exquisite touch to the modernism of the concept.
The covered terrace accommodates a dining table and a living area of white and grey modern design.
The 1300 sq Ft terrace hosts a saltwater mirror pool built on the reef of the Caribbean Sea.

Summary: As many have said, it looks just like the pictures. It is a great place to stay. The back yard and open plan were tranquil and relaxing. It is in a good / walkable location to the restaurants. You can skip Maho beach after you see one plane land. The restaurants around it are horrible and it is packed with folks from cruise ships. Instead, walk a little further to Mullet beach and the Kalatua beach club. We had the omakase at Alina and would highly recommend it. It was expensive, but worth every dime. The owner suggested four restaurants and they were all really good. There were only two issues. One is that there is no ice and no way to make ice. We ended up making it in zip lock bags. The second is the drip coffee maker works and then has a glitch where it keeps powering on and powering off. Pretty minor issues for how great this place is.

Summary: Great property and great experience! Host is great. Rented Ocean’s Edge next door as well for our large group. Best views on the island. Walking distance to the strip. Will be back next year!

Summary: Three retired couples enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the sea, facing west for beautiful sunsets. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do, if you ever want to leave the villa! The only thing missing is a grill and written chech-in/check-out instructions. That's a.very minor inconvenience. We would very much recommend this villa!

Summary: I want to share that the location of this property is perfect. A short walk to local food/beverage and some shopping. We walked allot which made things easy for our group.The view from the patio is as amazing as the photos show. We have a few complaints but it's nothing I don't feel the owner and manger can address before your stay :-)The ice machine did not work. We could never get the ceiling fans to work. One of our bathroom sinks did not drain. The maid did show up on Thursday but from what we could tell the only thing they did was dump the garbage and sweep the main living area. We wanted to use the safe but when I asked how to use it, no one responded. I tried to google it, but we could never figure it out, so we just carried our items with us.Again, these are all things that def can be taken care of for your visit! Just know that it's location and the home itself, you will enjoy. Do a full walk thru upon arrival and just be sure to address any issues you have.

Summary: This place was perfect for 3 couples. The patio with pool and the views were amazing. Honestly, the only thing I would change is the patio furniture. Just not a fan of the plastic stuff. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The property was awesome. The view was absolutely breath taking. The neighborhood's proximity to various restaurants and shops made it highly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. However, we encountered a slight inconvenience during rainfall, as the roads tended to flood, necessitating transportation to exit the neighborhood. Additionally, we noticed a presence of ants in the property, particularly in the dishwasher, on the counters, and in the kitchen area. While this could be bothersome initially, we gradually became accustomed to it over the course of a few days. Another matter of note is that the owner resides in close proximity to the villa. On one particular morning, we were somewhat startled to observe him walking around the pool area without prior notice. Other than that the trip was fantastic and would book again. The property manager was awesome! Always available for any questions we had. We would book again!

Summary: This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

Summary: We have a great time in St Martin. We love the facility and we love the peacefulness of the location. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Communication with John was great and Stacey is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anchor House to anybody who’s looking for a great spot for their vacation. Ron
