Get away and relax in the peaceful and relaxing setting of Trout Creek, 18 minutes north of Woodland Park, and 45 minutes from Colorado Springs. The property rests on 6 acres and has a spectacular view of the mountains. This property will provide you with a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wifi and comfortable beds. Within 20 minutes of fishing, 5 minutes from ATV trails and much more! Plenty of room for parking, events or small retreats.
This beautiful and serene property is nestled in the Pike National Forest of Colorado. The property was spared in the devastating Hayman Fire of 2002. It is close by some of the most beautiful places in Colorado. It is fifteen minutes from the town of Woodland Park, 45 minutes from Colorado Springs and and hour and fifteen minutes from Castle Rock. Hiking, hunting, fishing, ATV trails, white water rafting and tubing are all close by. We are about 1/2 a mile from a huge trail system that can be used for hiking, horse-back riding, ATV’s and mountain biking. We are 10 minutes away from the South Platte River, which is a Fly-Fisherman’s dream! Manitou Lake is 10 minutes away. We are within 45 minutes of The North Pole (Santa’s Workshop), The Pikes Peak Highway, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, Historic Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs and Garden of the gods. We are an hour and fifteen minutes from the town of Sedalia (just outside Castle Rock) and about an hour and a half from Denver.

All guests are required to sign a short term lease agreement that will need to be signed and sent back along with copies of state issued ID’s for all adult guests.

This is a quiet, peaceful area in the mountains, we ask for quiet after 10 p.m. This is NOT a party house. Noise is monitored.

Trash must remained locked in shed to keep from attracting bears and other animals.
Nothing can be flushed down the toilets or put down the drains other than provided toilet paper (no food, grease, personal hygiene products, chemicals, or paper products of any kind).
Because we are in the mountains, we have satellite internet. Sometimes it’s spotty or slow. Most cell phones do not have service here. We do provide a land line with free long distance calling.
